BY Experience is seeking passionate arts-loving volunteers to help us spread awareness of our upcoming cultural and performing arts events – including world-class theater, art history, opera and more -- screening at cinemas in communities across the U.S. and around the world. What does a BY Experience Arts Ambassador do?
Promote upcoming screenings in your local community! Spark interest among your friends, family, co-workers and other community members, educators and followers. We provide promotional materials and information on-going, to share with your networks including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, etc.
Work with existing cinema partner to promote confirmed exhibition dates and times — we will make introductions and connections
Refer new venues: help build our network for participating cinemas: you can suggest suitable venue(s) as host sites for our team to vet
Host on-site activities, as you wish: we can arrange for you to meet and greet audiences at a host theater, help the theater staff distribute cast sheets (one page with casting information and program synopsis), bring in local experts for pre-event introductions, post-screening Q&As at the host venue (or offsite)
Work with us and the host venue(s) to organize contests and ticket giveaways
Collaborate with your local cinema and local businesses to support the screenings, for example, package a dinner and an event in one ticket price by partnering with an open-minded restauranteur
Share your efforts on an ongoing basis with BY Experience so we can overlay your efforts with sales results
BY Experience Arts Ambassador Perks may include:
• Complimentary tickets (passes) to our event screenings
• Venue gift cards for concessions, future movie tickets
• Merchandise items including posters, books, etc.
• Participation in special events, for example, artist and director talkbacks; preview screenings prior to general release
